Welcome to WAIT 2025
This year marks 25 years that WAIT has been running and so we have an extra special line up to match this amazing achievement.
This year we are returning to where the inaugural WAIT was held 25 years ago - the beautiful Careys Manor Hotel & Spa, in the heart of the New Forest.
Just as WAIT has evolved since its inception, so too has this award-winning spa hotel, and we look forward to sharing an inspiring day of talks with you at this special venue.
Event Details
Careys Manor is a luxury hotel and spa, with its Manor Suite overlooking the hotel gardens serving as an ideal venue for a conference. It is a 7-minute walk from Brockenhurst train station, which can be accessed from across the deanery.
The meeting will feature keynote speakers from various fields, delivering lectures on training, wellness, and topical issues. These will be announced in due course. Check back here for further updates.
Call For Abstracts!
Submissions must be related to anaesthesia or wellbeing in medicine. If you wish to have your work to be presented as a poster only, please specify at the time of submission.
Both posters and oral presentations will be judged on the day for prizes.
Abstracts to include:
Title, authors and place of work
Introduction/Methods/Results/Discussion or Conclusion
Should be no more than 200 words in length (excluding title/authors and up to 3 references)
1 graph or table can be included
Please indicate whether your submission has previously been presented anywhere
You may submit more than one abstract
Please submit as a PDF attachment
